Discontinuation of CloudNet v2

This project is outside of support now. CloudNet 2 does not and will not get any more updates. For more info: https://cloudnetservice.eu/blog/2021/11/03/v2-discontinuation/

In addition to the message above, CloudNet v2 is not compatible with Java 16 or later. You may check out the ver/2.1.18 branch on your own, though.
