Status management in start/stop instances #330

We need to check that status of the instances are well managed depending on the start/stop/deploy/delete and others .

Related to #331 and #332 Check that in each state of the BPMN updates the status according to the action.

@xeviscc Please give an example: which instances are we talking about? Instances of processes or instances of applications? Which functionality is responsible for changing the status of these instances or - in more generic terms - to manage the lifecycle of these "instances"?

This issue has to be checked after doing issues #331 and #332.

As #331 and #332 are planned for Milestone 4.0.0 and this issue too, I will get rid of the bug tag. Also because an issues should be or an enhancement or a bug, but not both.
