REST API versioning #6

We should think about versioning the rest api in order to keep compaitbility between changes on versions.

API we create are just for webUI usage and not generically exposed towards other potential users. The WebUI is a separated component, but part of the system do we think to release them independently? Even if versioning the API does not create particular complexity it does not seem to add much value here. The problem could arise with processes behind some APi and here we need a bit of thinking more.
