set json indent to 4 spaces to reduce diffs #223

The indentation of the json files in the GSD database repo appears to be 4 spaces, so this updates the automation to use the same to reduce diffs

I don't really care which we use. The kernel IDs are all 2, the CVE and NVD imports are 4
