C7C.Atamo.Dusty.PullQSL not functional #3

Issue

The Python package C7C.Atamo.Dusty.PullQSL is currently not functional as the Atmel projects (...Dusty.Mote) do not have external links to where the package Pull's the source code.

Required

Either:

Update PullQSL.resources.settings
Update links in Atmel Studio to point to current Pull location

Enhancements

Automate git commands at external QSL site

Also note in commit 7141eab in branch mote-board, the includes in the QSL library need to be fixed to fit the relative paths of the directory
