TU_SH/DnJoin_Cli_Op unit test is failing.

Build with 43fb1b2d9ad0fa1aa02d99f59d0894a8ad75610a (modify netid in TestDnJoin.h to 1300)
Connect Dusty (DN) with DP-DN ver. 0.0.1
DN flash with IPM_A01

Expect to see DN info return netid = 1300

returned default 1229.

The 115.2k baud is too high for our device; causes a +/- 136 mV ripple on the UART line (40.2%)

Change to 9600 baud
