Create CP for 10.70 support from CLI #763

Update the current create package flow to create valid CP from CSlang content from CLI command. Now we use run --f 'cslang-cli/content/io/cloudslang/operations_orchestration/createCP/create_package.sl'

@SamyQA with the current labels Help Wanted this should be closed. Please move it to enhancement if this still needs to be addressed.

This is an issue because the current flow that we have is visible and one can still use it. The problem is that it will produce a Content Pack that will be invalid once imported in OO Designer.

Is it still required to update the flow since we have now, more than 2 ways of creating a content pack?
