CLI does not accept values for inputs with foreign characters #809

Use any string operation in a flow (e.g append, remove etc) and try to run it from CLI to work with any Japanese strings. The JP characters are not correctly displayed in CLI, so the operations cannot be used with this type of strings

the workaround is by using inputs from file
