incorrect configmaps yaml #3

helidon-kubernetes/base-kubernetes folder there is a script create-configmaps.sh. The content of the configmap files referenced in this bashscript is not correct. i.e. ConfigMaps are required however content seems to be microprofile-config.properties file.
