Move Docker Images to hotio CR and LSCR #388

While LSIO lists that Gazee should be on LSCR, it does not appear to be on GHCR based on testing from a couple of machines and the forwarded requests to GHCR fail. This may be due to the image being marked deprecated. I've removed this one from the LSCR changes.
