Exclude .srt in a-train #162

Exclude field does not seem to work in a-train scope

[ ] Inclusion and exclusion filters are in place.

It seems include exclude filters are not implemented yet

I would also like it if exclude and include filters were implemented - would stop unnecessary failed scans when something in my 'other' folder changes.
