Autoscan not deleting whole series from plex when deleted from sonarr #182

So I have autoscan setup for my radarr and sonarr instances. Everything works fine for radarr (both download and delete events get sent to my plex server properly). However, for sonarr only the download events seem to work. For a "series delete" event, I see the POST event log in autoscan but the series is not deleted in plex for some reason. Here's the whole autoscan log for the handmaid's tale:

And as you can see here, all the episodes are still in plex:

What am I missing here?
