This pull request enforces the same API design across all targets and removes any database dependencies.

Plex

Plex has been updated to also include an api.go file. This API comes with the new do function which has consistent error handling behaviour.
Plex no longer connects to the database.
Plex now sends the scan request to all matching libraries, not just the first.

Emby

Emby has been updated to make use of the new do function for consistent error handling behaviour.

Small things

Only the most recent five artefacts are kept, older ones are removed every hour.
