[Feature Request] Auto Create Default config.yml? #46

Any plans on creating a default config.yml file if the file isn't found at start? Would make this a bit more intuitive (and reduces the work I need for my Helm chart).

Sadly we cannot create a "default" config file as rewriting rules and API tokens are must-haves for the config file.
