This change includes:

Only consider folders for scanning when a child has changed (bernard).
Case insensitive eventType checks (sonarr/radarr/lidarr).
Show drive_name in log messages (bernard).
Additional error context r.e. database operations (bernard).
Remove artifact cleanup action.
