Breaking a grass block would take as much time as the block breaking animation would be.
Ex: You break the grass block and it drops the item on the ground. The breaking animation matches the time it takes to break the block.
Actual Behavior
Breaking a grass block in survival mode would take you 5 times more time because the break time is messed up.
Ex: You break a grass block but the break animation isn't done so the block reappears and you must break it again (5 times in total I think) to actually break the block.
Steps to Reproduce
Go into game mode survival
Find a block
Hold your break button and wait till it breaks
Hold it after the block breaks and after it reappears
Once the block drops then the break time ends
Note: Break animation is set to the time the block will break, so the block breaks at the right time it should but reappears to finish the break animation. Break animation is 5x longer than it should be.
