Cannot Craft Bonemeal from Bone

Expected Behavior

I want to turn into bone meal by synthesizing my bones.

Actual Behavior

But I did not get through compositing, even my inventory disappeared, or I stopped playing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use bone to synthesize bone meal.
2. You can not synthesize and find your item is missing.
3. You re-synthesis. Game card you can not do anything.

The problem is getting worse. Not only is this synthesis problematic, but many other similar synths or boxes have similar problems. My players complain.
