Some player unable to join, the minecraft app(android) crash while joining the server

Expected Behavior

The players can join the server

Actual Behavior

when some player trying to join my server, some of them can't join the server. it's crash afterload and back to the home screen. each time they tried never have success FYI; my server using raspberry pi 3B+ machine and player use android

Steps to Reproduce

Add server, join server, load a bit longer, then crash happend.

Are you using OpenVPN by any chance? I'm having this issue too but when I connect directly via LAN IP it works. Unfortunately OpenVPN is really necessary as that's my only way to portforward.

Hi, no actually I'm using public IP from my provider. I just open my port and connecting by IP address.
