use a splash potion and run forward with your head straight and throw it. The item spawns too far back because of the player position being updated too slow

Expected Behavior
Player position updates are supposed to be fast.
Actual Behavior
Nukkits player position updates too slow
Steps to Reproduce
use a splash potion and run forward with your head straight and throw it. The item spawns too far back because of the player position being updated too slow
