6 months ago I am closing this issue, because sxmo itself include passmenu in userscripts. I changed the calling to bemenu, and works like a charm. Since pinentry-dmenu is xorg oriented, it will be more complex to make it avaliable to wayland.

Has anyone tried to use bemenu with https://git.zx2c4.com/password-store/tree/contrib/dmenu/README.md ?
In the readme, it recomends dmenu-wl, but since this is the default for sxmo, I would like to know the opinio of this can be easily addapted to run with bmenu?
As well if https://github.com/ritze/pinentry-dmenu
could also be used. That would be really insteressant for me, and even if there isnt a current implementation of that, I would interest myself in enable this.
