11 years ago Hello, the xcb fork is quite horribly outdated. And, I don't really have time to work on it at least now. You might want to use the main Xlib monsterwm.
c00kie himself has plans to do xcb port himself though.

11 years ago No problem, it could even be a quirk of my system, I'm having at least some graphic glitches. Just wanted to provide the 'followmouse+monocle' clue in case it mattered to anyone or was something obvious.

11 years ago The follow mouse and especially follow monitor has always been bit broken. They propably still have few quirks, like following even when mouse doesn't move, or window gets focuse when exposed by moving window with keyboard.
Most of these issues are propably fixed in the main monsterwm repo, though not sure since I don't use the constants.
At least for me, setting FOLLOW_MOUSE to true and then going to fullscreen mode resulted in total spazzing/flicker of the screen repeatedly. I verified with a fresh config_def and only changing FOLLOW_MOUSE. I was also unable to reproduce in the main non xcb branch. Latest version as of yesterday. Hope this helps, let me know if more info is needed.
