UI improvemnt for attachement #533

I thought I had sent this task before on UI for attachment. Please see below what we need to do.

I have worked on this and added the attachment icon:

On pressing the attachment it shows:

I am working more on this to do it more like whatsapp, I have been trying to show the options like whatsapp in the following image: It is under construction:

I have completed the work on this now. I have added the circular animation box which reveals on clicking of attachment button on bar. Here is how it looks:
