Sync to send information of role change is not working

No one should be able to update member role while internet is turned off (according to whatsapp). Kibochat does update the member role locally in absence of internet.

This way, an admin can leave a group without making anyother person admin.

1- turn off the internet 2- make some other member admin 3- turn on internet (role update is not synced) 4- leave group (because locally another member is also admin).
