Understand whatsapp and see how iOS has done broadcast

In this task, we would understand the whatsapp model of broadcasting and also see how currently iOS is doing it.

I have completed work here. I discussed with sumaira and also demonstrated the broadcast feature of whatsapp. After this, I opened the tasks which were required. I am keeping this task open for asad so that he should discuss this before starting work on broadcast features

Discussed the broadcast feature of whatsapp with @sojharo in detail and functional requirements for it. We have discussed what issues should be created and what not. I have completed my work here as well.
