message info screen for broad cast message sent

When we send message to broadcast, we need to have a message info screen to see which of the members of the broadcast list has been delivered or seen the message.

I have made the UI for showing message info screen. The only thing left is to write logic for showing individual status of list member. I will complete it tomorrow.

we should not bundle pull request. each pull request needs to submited when the code and test is complete.
