Change name of existing broadcast list #577

Here we would show the UI and write the logic to set the name of broadcast list.

I have completed the work on this. However, it is test pending because it depends on the UI that Asad has created. Asad will make a pull request so I would test and mark it resolved.

dependency was done by asad and was merged in latest pull request, i will mark it resolved after testing.
