Add / remove members from broadcast list #578

Once the list is created, we would show the UI and logic to add members or remove existing members from the list.

I have completed the work on this. However, it is test pending because it depends on the UI that Asad has created. Asad will make a pull request so I would test and mark it resolved.

that part was done by asad and merged in latest pull request.. i will mark it resolved after testing.

I tested it and there was one bug in add members side, it wasn't adding member to the correct list. I have just fixed it.
