(Day status) UI work for replying to status of a contact #599

Create UI for replying to any day status update.

same as https://github.com/Cloudkibo/iOS/issues/625

I have completed work for this. Solution for it was to make screen to view status of a contact. When user swipes up, then dialog to send reply for that person appears (with in same screen).

Moreover screen also contain the option to mute the status from a specific contact. Whatsapp does the same.
