Investigate Reamaze

Reamaze has done a good job in integration with third party service providers:

  1. Describe in more detail how the workflow in Reamaze works.

  2. Provide a list of workflows they have implemented and what is the benefit to the customers.

  3. Which of the items from the above should we provide in our Chatbot platform?

_Workflows: Reamaze allows agents to create workflows which can automate many tasks. Workflows are basically programmable actions that allows agents to trigger certain actions when a client does certain things. For e.g agents can create a workflow in which a thank you email will be automatically sent whenever a customer purchases a product. Or an SMS will be sent to the customers whenever when ask for location etc. This can tremendously boost the productivity of agents along with customer satisfaction.

Cues: Reamaze offers cues which is basically a programmable push notifications. For e.g agents can define that whenever a visitors spends more than 5 minutes on a given product page, an alert will automatically be shown to the visitor asking him to add the product to his shopping cart. This type of feature can drive more sales.

App Integrations: Reamaze offers integrations with following third party apps, allowing companies to bring their entire customer support process on Reamaze. It offers integrations will following third party apps:"_

@sojharo I have added additional uses case Standalone Chatbot.

Please identify for the task which is for ChatBot Front End, Use Case 2 and Use Case 3.

We will do this in Phases so it is critical that we have a specific task for each change.
