In this task, I would be looking into Janis.AI and would prepare document here. Here is the short conversation between me and a person from janis.ai.
Sojharo So this is for people working at bank. We would hand over the software to them and then they would train the bot. They will be non-technical people. We want to provide them one software to use. It would be difficult if they move from botpress to api.ai when they want to train the bot and then come back to botpress

JoshBarkin @sojharo @slvn API.AI is for developers. It's not for people that work in customer service, sales, or marketing and those are the people that train AI.. Janis was built in Slack, so a non technical can train AI. We've been working with API.AI on it. We also have a Botpress module for it as well for developers.
Sojharo @joshbarkin Thanks for letting me know this. Let me look into it. Where does the training occur and where is training data stored? On janis servers? Do we have access to conversations of bot with customers?
JoshBarkin The training interface is in Slack, but the actual training occurs on API.AI servers. You can connect an API.AI account in 60 seconds. You can also add our module to your bot and yes we do store those conversations on our servers, but it's so you can take over your bot and chat live, train from the conversation transcript, and for reporting and analytics.
