Salam sir, I have added few more questions in Banking chat bot You can test the bot with following questions( with some variations), once the demo widget is ready

  1. Hi, I need help?
  2. I have lost my credit card today
  3. What benefits can I have with Internet Banking?
  4. What is a currency card?
  5. Can I withdraw money with Monthly Saver?
  6. I have purchased credit card yesterday. Whats the next step?

The Widget has few issues:

1) It does not scroll - please fix this - this is critical 2) The text does not wrap - please fix this - this is critical 3) When the bot starts - he should ask for a customer name and send a welcome message - all message should say his name and not user 4) Instead of "bot" call it some thing like bearbal
