Please fix the following issues in the Current Chat BOT #9

  1. We are asking the name twice - Can we remove one of them. It should ask: "Hello and welcome to Vantross. My name is Kitt. What do they call you?"

  1. Can we remove this or say Vantross

  1. The Logo is cut off we should align to the top so we see the Full logo. Also, replace "KibiEngage Chat Widget" with a smaller text "Powered by KiboEnage"

  1. Can we wrap the text around word boundary

I have completed the work on this. All the issues are resolved. I am going to make a pull request.
