Conference: Both users are sharing screen at same time

In 2 people Conference call when a user try to share the screen while the other user is already sharing the screen, screen sharing happens for both of them. Though the user who shares the screen first is successful in sharing the screen when both are sharing. The other get border of the shared screen only. e.g.

User 1:

User 2:

But when both users share the screen at the same time (i.e. click on the share screen button at the same time), then both users get the border only.

In other words if both users try to share screen after a delay (user1 shares the screen at 6p and user user2 at 6:01p or etc) then the user who shares the screen first is successful in sharing the screen while other isn't. But when both try to share screen at the same time (both share the screen at 6p) then no one is successful in sharing.

This is happening in Firefox to Firefox only.

This has been solved. I had pushed the code in the evening in production for this after testing.
