Update API for Delete Chat #454

We need to update REST API for deleting chat to use phone number instead of username/password. Please update it as it is blocking some part of issue # 233 of iOS.

I have done this task. You can remove the chat history.

BTW: What is the use case to delete a Chat?

It is simple to remove whole conversation. We select the conversation and remove it.
