(multi backend) create the UI and page for form of registration #486

We would create the separate page and UI for showing the form of registration. Customer would be asked certain things mainly the domain name.

I have created the UI and created menu item and router to this page. However, I have one question. The person who registers on marketing page. Will he ever need to login? Maybe in dashboard to control his app and server instance using configuration. If it is required then the password fields in the following UI would be required.

For now let's keep this simple. Let's assume that he would be the admin in KiboChat and he can change things in KiboChat.

At a certain point, we may need to separate KiboChat from CloudKibo.
