(desktop) Socket.io logic to send messages and other text data between mobile and desktop #499

We would create socket.io connection between both mobile and desktop so that data should be relayed by server between both.

I have completed the work on this and added the logic for sending messages and other text data between mobile and desktop. I would update the documentation today for this. I am marking it code complete for now.
