new http to do upward sync #503

As discussed in following document, we would create http route on server to let mobile do upward sync.

I have completed the work on this and updated the documentation. It was a lot of work therefore I had to take time to complete it.

How much work is required on the client

The work on client is not more than 2 hours. The complex work is on server side because server has to give response for several merge requests. Therefore, I had to write lots of lines carefully so that they are not mixed and remain clean.

Great job. Thanks. Why we upgrade the Android first before Sumaira works of iOS. Os if they are any Server issue they would get iron out by you.

Sumaira needs to depend on server side work only.
