Update design document for Day Status feature #519

I have gone through the following design document for day status feature.

It is complete from features perspective. However, I need to spend some time on this document to add technical details to it. I would discuss how database would look, how API endpoints will look, what would be their payload, what push notifications will contain, how we would do sync. These are couple technical design things that needed to be added to the document. I would work on document and update here.
