(day status) sync to get status update and new statuses

We need to have the endpoint which will let the users know what are new statuses from our friends by doing sync. Also it would sync to know what is the seen status of my current statuses.

I created this task today when I worked on design document. This server side work will let client do sync to know what day statuses our friends have created and also who has viewed my day statuses. The client side tasks for this are not opened. I added these sync tasks today in design document. I opened the server side task and forgot to open the client side tasks for this. I will open on both android and iOS.
