sometimes server crashed on voip push

server crashing sometimes when voip push is received. here is error:

also, one issue is that device token is missing in logs when status update push is sent e.g. of 'delivered' or 'seen' Here is screenshot:

I have completed the work on this. The problem here was that azure wasn't sending push notifications to android. I had to fix the hubname on server side. This is now working.
