Showing wrong agent name while sending message real time in chat UI

Describe the bug When I try to send a message as an agent to subscriber it is showing the wrong agent name in session real-time. If we refresh the page it is working fine also I am getting a correct agent name on messenger.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. log in as an agent
2. click on the session
3. send a message and it will display the wrong agent name in a live chat session.
4. See an error

Expected behavior It should display the correct agent name while sending messages in real-time in Livechat.

When was these issues last working? New testcases(updated in testplan)

This is only on staging.

I couldn't reproduce this on staging. Will discuss with @arveenkumar55
