This task is to create a design to capture email and contact no. in chatbot using quick replies. The intent is to store the info in our database after capturing it.

I have completed this document after discussing UI with Imran. This is complete now and we can open tasks to implement this feature.

As per discussion, I have updated the document with flow diagram and have also provided the option of keyboard input in case subscriber wants to give different phone number or email address from one shown by Messenger UI. Also, after discussion with Imran, I have modified the UI for selecting next block once email or phone number is given.

I will use this issue to complete the design work for mockups of including this same feature in live chat as well. This is her mockup document.

As the her and mine works has similarities and overlaps, so it is better they are tracked in one issue and one document. I will complete the document today including both chatbot automation and live chat email and phone capture feature.

I have completed the work on this as per above comment.

I have included the mockups for live chat she created in my design document and have updated the design and data structures to support capturing email and phone in both chatbot automation and live chat. This is complete now and can be reviewed.
