Investigate top 10 CRMs being used for SMBs #10092

This task is to investigate top 10 CRMs that are being used for short-to-medium businesses (SMBs), create a list and discuss about its exposed APIs.

I have looked into CRMs which are mostly used and are more popular and good for SMBs. From usage statistics, following CRMs are mostly used all over the world:

  1. Hubspot CRM
  2. SalesForce CRM
  3. FreshSales
  4. Pipedrive
  5. Nimble

I have also asked in Pakistani Business and startup Facebook groups about which CRMs are mostly used in Pakistan by them. I will update here once I get response on these groups.

I also posted in couple of Pakistani Business Facebook groups and some of they said that they are using Agile CRM and one also had it developed in-house. One of them is also using Asana. I haven't got much answers on the groups and above URL link in above comment seems to be reliable information on market share of these CRMs. Some are using Alfa ERP and Efrotech.com
