Yesterday, Abel Choo filled the contact us form on our marketing website and we received this email:

Subject: Whatsapp Broadcasting

Message Body: Hi there, Here’s a summary of the functionality that we would need .

  1. Centralize messaging for whatsapp Currently our sales personnel holds the phone with whatsapp business account. We would need a centralize platform so that we can track and monitor performance and ease of use for our sales personel with template automation etc
  2. Broadcasting to users Problem statement: Currently when we have in store promotion that we would want to send to our existing customers. Our sales personnel would need to manually send to them individually. Could your platform allow official WhatsApp broadcasting to a list of contacts perhaps through excel upload or intergration with our CMS. We can alter the message so that it is non promotional. But the media attachment would be
  3. Automation in messaging flow We would like to integrate our web forms (elementor with webhook or zapier) to your system to automate a thank you message that is sent through whatsapp after they filled up their forms which collects their numbers.

I have responded back to Abel Choo and asked him if he can have a zoom meeting with us tomorrow i.e. Friday, November 20, 2020 at 11:00 AM (GMT+5). Will update here when I get the response back from him
