Logic to handle message after subscriber has been idle #10585

As per discussion,

If a user sends any invalid message after 15 minutes to whatsapp chatbot, it should redirect back to the home message block.

This is not working or maybe the code has not been push to production. @sojharo please look into it

Also, there is one sentry which is occuring when we try to come back to bot after subscriber has been idle. I think it is because of this change.
