I looked at this issue and found out that Facebook has done recent some changes in Messenger Messenger API Updates for Europe. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/changelog/ Basically, we are trying to fetch the user details from Facebook which is against European policy. Facebook has suggested some changes so I will discuss this issue with @ImranBinShoukat and @sojharo and continue this issue. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/europe-updates

We have discussed this document in a meeting on 31/12/2020. Currently, we have other high priority milestones so we will give time for these changes after 3 to 4 weeks. After discussion with @jekram @ImranBinShoukat, I am blocking this task now.
