Design document to add custom fields in WhatsApp platform #10726

This task is to create a design to add custom fields for WhatsApp platform. We have done for messenger platform. Here, we will replicate the same experience for WhatsApp platform. The design should cover the following:

  1. Option to manage custom fields from WhatsApp live chat
  2. Manage custom fields screen under subscriptions just like we have on messenger
  3. Provide option to filter sessions by custom field. This needs to be implemented in messenger chat as well
  4. Customer segmentation on the basis of custom fields for WhatsApp broadcast
  5. Option to view custom fields on subscribers UI. Filter by custom fields and bulk assignment options should also be there.
  6. It should auto populate default system fields like email, address etc when get such information from WhatsApp chatbot
