Engagement with Laam.pk

1 We need to give a Demo to Laam.pK.

Next step:

  1. Please review Laam.PK on the mobile device.
  2. They have a very rich UI
  3. They are using Whatsapp as support.
  4. They are running a Market Place instead of eCommerce for one vendor
  5. They are open to using Whatsapp from Kibopush

Action item:

  1. We need to show a demo of Whatsapp Chat
  2. FB Messenger is also in scope

@ImranBinShoukat Please create a deck and a demo script

@sojharo Look at the UI. Our UI needs to very rich What it will take to create a Chatbot with a rich UI like this?

We will give them a ChatBot demo also. When we are ready with rich UI

I have looked into Laam WhatsApp support. There was a human agent available. They have not put any chatbot on WhatsApp. We can think about giving them a demo for WhatsApp chatbot as well.

I am turning this into a Medium priority. Until understand how we can replace Trengo it will not happen
