Their main concerns were:

  1. Cash on delivery flow. They did not want people to go outside of WhatsApp/Messenger
  2. More pictures on WhatsApp chatbot to make it look visually appealing
  3. Who we are trying to target using WhatsApp chatbot

For 3, they were saying if customers can come to WhatsApp, they can come on our website as well. For this, I told them about whatsApp agent chat. Also, we can talk about the free whatsApp packages available from different network providers here.

I have done the following for our next meeting with AlKaram Studio:

  1. Created the meeting deck
  2. Updated the test script to reduce the number of steps for both messenger and whatsapp chatbot
  3. Tested the WhatsApp and messenger chatbot with @bjafri5 and found 3 bugs and 1 enhancement.
