Describe the bug Live chat responses method not functioning correctly for sms/whatsapp

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Kibochat
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on LiveChat Response Methods
  4. Select 3rd option both chatbot and livechat
  5. Trigger chatbot from whatsapp. Then send a message from livechat as agent
  6. Then select an option from chatbot message
  7. Both livechat and chatbot works simultaneously.

Expected behavior Chatbot should be disabled if agent replies from livechat

This is same as other task that I had opened https://github.com/Cloudkibo/KiboPush/issues/10828. We can close this one
